Returns & Refunds Policy

Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.

How to Start a Return Please contact us at kaiastudio94@gmail.com with your order number to initiate a return. Once your return is authorized, we will provide the return shipping address (Los Angeles, CA).

Return Shipping Fees Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items, unless the item is defective or the wrong item was received. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
